Legal Mail - Created an automated AI driven system for Legal Counsel to automatically categorise and route legal cases to the appropriate internal legal teams and external firms. This saw a reduction of about 36000 cases a year previously routed and managed manually.
LWC Migration - Migrated 12+ iFrame/PHP based web widgets on Salesforce to LWC based widgets, which resulted in a considerable Agent experience improvement and brand recognition.
Enterprise SSO Integration - Integrated external facing web apps with Meta Enterprise SSO, centralising and making seamless how external legal firms interacted with Meta Systems.

Bumble Inc, London 🇬🇧

Cosmos - Architected and built the Cosmos Design System from the ground up, establishing the single source of truth for UI/UX across the company. The system includes over 50 reusable React components, comprehensive documentation, and is now adopted by 15+ product teams.
Automated Pipeline Migration - Led the architectural migration to a fully automated design token/asset pipeline, empowering designers to manage tokens directly in Figma. This system reduced the time-to-market for new visual designs by 40%.
Global Rebranding - Spearheaded the technical execution of a company-wide global rebranding. My team successfully updated our entire product suite to the new visual identity in under six weeks.
Figma Plugin Developement - Developed and launched a custom Figma plugins to act as a "Design Linters" for the product design team, significantly reducing engineering rework.

Mjam/Foodora - Led technically and people managed a team of 6 fullstack engineers in building Mjam (now Foodora), Austria's leading food delivery platform.
Led the end-to-end development of the core food delivery platform, from ideation to public launch.
Mjam Markt - Owned the creation of "Mjam Markt" grocery delivery platform, building the service from the ground up for its market release.
Jo Integration - Led the successful integration with Austria's largest national loyalty program, "Jo bonus club," which was a key driver for customer acquisition.
Foodora Migration - Orchestrated a zero-downtime migration of the entire production environment to Delivery Hero's central platform, reducing infrastructure costs by over 25%.
