Founded a UK-based AI startup focused on engineering mentorship automation. Selected for the Web Summit Qatar 2026 ALPHA Programme. Architecting 'Hone', an AI-powered coding/code review platform that focuses on providing Staff Engineer level feedback to users.

Acted as Advisor and provided strategic architectural guidance for Zyne Digital (2023-2025). Leveraged deep expertise in enterprise scalability to deliver high-value technical solutions, successfully generating the capital required to bootstrap Zyne AI and fund the R&D for the "Hone" mentorship platform.

Founded and currently lead a global community of 400+ engineers. Organised and hosted 260+ weekly technical deep-dive sessions on Algorithms, Frontend, and Architecture featuring engineers from across the world.

Developed and maintained robust internal and external legal web applications, architecting solutions that minimised production issues and enhanced system reliability.

• Legal Mail Routing: Created an automated AI driven system for Legal Counsel across the world working with Meta to automatically categorise and route legal cases to the appropriate internal legal teams and external firms. This saw a reduction of about 36,000 cases a year previously routed manually.
• Iframe - LWC Migration: Migrated 12 iframe/PHP based web widgets on Salesforce to LWC based widgets. This resulted in a considerable Agent experience improvement and brand recognition.
• SSO Integration: Integrated external facing web apps with Meta Enterprise SSO centralising and making seamless how external legal firms interacted with Meta Systems.

Spearheaded the development of a comprehensive Design System, ensuring consistency, accessibility and efficiency across multiple products such as Bumble, Badoo, and BFF, catering to over 100 million users globally.

• Cosmos Design System: Architected and built the 'Cosmos' Design System from the ground up, establishing the single source of truth for UI/UX across the company. The system includes over 50 reusable React components and comprehensive documentation, and is now adopted by 15+ product teams, dramatically accelerating development velocity and ensuring brand consistency.
• Design Tokens Migration: Led the architectural migration to a fully automated design token pipeline, empowering designers to manage tokens directly in Figma. By eliminating the engineering bottleneck of manual updates, this system, which I owned end-to-end, reduced the time-to-market for new visual designs by 40%.
• Global Rebranding: Spearheaded the technical execution of a company-wide global rebranding across all digital products. By leveraging the Cosmos Design System's token-based architecture, my team successfully updated our entire product suite to the new visual identity in under six weeks, ensuring a seamless and consistent brand rollout to millions of users.
• Design Linter Figma Plugin: Developed and launched a custom Figma plugin to act as a "Design Linter" for the product design team. The plugin automatically validates designs against the Cosmos Design System rules, significantly improving design quality and reducing engineering rework by catching inconsistencies before handoff.

Led technically and people managed a team of 6 talented fullstack engineers who played a pivotal role in building Mjam (now Foodora), Austria's leading food delivery platform.

• Creation of Food/Grocery Delivery Platform: Spearheaded the greenfield development of the core food and grocery delivery platform, leading the team from initial concept through to public launch. We designed and implemented a scalable microservices architecture to handle real-time ordering, payment processing, and logistics, establishing the technical foundation that positioned Mjam as a market leader.
• Migration to Google Cloud: Orchestrated the strategic, zero-downtime migration of the entire Mjam production environment from a legacy hosting provider to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This initiative enhanced auto-scaling capabilities to handle traffic spikes, improved system reliability, and reduced infrastructure costs by over 25%.
• Integration with Jo bonus club: Led the successful integration with Austria's largest national loyalty program, "Jo bonus club," enabling millions of members to earn and redeem points on our platform. This strategic partnership was a key driver for customer acquisition and resulted in a measurable uplift in user retention and order frequency.

Wipro is a Bangalore based Technology firm which works with clients across the world. I contributed to Lloyds Banking Group, Apple Inc, and Nokia Networks.

• Lloyds Banking Group (2016-2019): Directed frontend for 'Statement Lab', delivering Digital Statements and Spending Insights. Owned the end-to-end development and maintenance of key customer-facing features, including Digital Statements, Spending Insights, Upcoming Payments, and Spending Rewards, ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. Championed a platform-wide accessibility initiative to achieve WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. I mentored the team on inclusive design principles, ARIA implementation, and keyboard navigation, making the platform fully accessible to users with disabilities and expanding our total addressable market.
• Apple Inc (2014-2016): Engineered and delivered mission-critical internal web applications for Apple's App Store operations. Partnered directly with Apple's core engineering teams to build secure and scalable tools that streamlined the app review process and supported the global developer ecosystem.
• Nokia Siemens Networks (2012-2014): Worked as a Unix Administrator supporting Nokia Engineers with maintaining internal tools.

• Mistallianz (2011): Worked as a PHP Developer in this start up building web using PHP and jQuery.
• IEEE (2010): Contributed as a Web Developer on a voluntary basis and created the website for RAICS, an international IEEE Conference in 2011 held in Trivandrum, India.
